Nikoloz Parjanadze​

Dr. Nikoloz Parjanadze has worked for several different universities, among them Akaki Tsereteli State University, Kutaisi, Georgia, Georgian Agrarian University, Tbilisi, Georgia, American University of the Middle East, Kuwait City, Kuwait, being in charge of various responsibilities throughout his professional career.

He completed three MA programmes – English Philology, Business Administration, and Educational Leadership and Management, and acquired the PhD degree in Philology (English). Currently employed by International Black Sea University he holds an academic position of Affiliated Professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Humanities and Education, and is a Co-Coordinator of PhD Program in Education Sciences. Dr. Parjanadze is also an Associate Professor at European University and coordinates an MA Program in Education Administration. He delivers lectures in linguistics, educational research, educational leadership, management and administration. He is involved in academic programme development, education journal editing, and university projects aiming at education enhancement and capacity building. His publications reflect his scholarly interest in Anglo-American linguistics, education leadership and management research and practice.

Tatia Dolidze holds a Bachelor’s degree [with distinction] in International Relations from Tbilisi State University, a Master’s degree [Cum Laude] in European Studies from Maastricht University (Netherlands) and is a PhD candidate at the English Language Program at the Institute of European Studies of TSU. Within the framework of different scholarship programs, Ms. Dolidze has also undertaken non-degree studies at Vilnius University, Lithuania (Erasmus Mundus); Bilgi University, Istanbul, Turkey (Open Society Foundation Masters Preparation Grant); University of Siena, Italy (grant from the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs); Masaryk University, Czech Republic (Erasmus+ mobility).

Previously, Ms. Dolidze held various positions including that of a Chief Counselor of the International Relations and Communications Department at the Office of the National Security Council of Georgia; Georgian Youth Representative to the United Nations; Research Assistant at the EU Foreign Policy Unit of the Center for European Policy Studies (CEPS), Brussels, Belgium; and a contractor at the European Parliament, DG ERPS and at MEP’s office, Brussels, Belgium, among others.

Tatia Dolidze is the author of dozens of research papers and articles and has been the main staff member of several large-scale grant projects in her competence as a researcher, lecturer/trainer and/or project officer. Apart from her native Georgian language, Tatia Dolidze is fluent in English, French, Italian, Russian and speaks intermediate Spanish.
