Fieldwork is completed

Between June 14 and July 16, 2021, a field work aimed at producing a policy document within the EU-GS project was planned and implemented in 24 public schools around Georgia. 

The fieldwork involved conducting in-depth interviews with public school principals and leading focus groups of 10-12 students.

The study involved 41 students selected through a two-stage competition, supervised by Giorgi Gobronidze, Fieldwork Coordinator, EU-GS Project Researcher.

A total of 300 students participated in the focus groups and more than 20 principals were interviewed.

Student-researchers processed the initial data, and the fieldwork coordinator prepared the final report of the study, which will be integrated into a policy document to be published in the near future.
