EU GS Methodological Manual – “Teaching European Values in Schools of Georgia” is now available in Armenian and Azerbaijani languages both in hard copies and electronically.
Given that the mentioned manual is of practical use and it represents the guide for public school teachers and principals to help them in spreading European values and standards in school life and among pupils, it was considered appropriate to translate the methodological manual for non-Georgian schools.
Armenian and Azerbaijani schools constitute significant segment of the general education system of Georgia. Therefore, in the framework of the EU GS project, provision of equal opportunities for schools with ethnic minorities was ensured.
The methodological manual is based on the results of the research carried out within the EU GS Erasmus+ Jean Monnet project and takes as the starting point seven recommendations elaborated by the project research group, which every module of the manual thoroughly follows.
The authors of the methodological manual are the professors of European University Ekaterine Natsvlishvili, Lela Abdushelishvili, Giorgi Lekveishvili, Mariam Kilanava, Nino Gvaramadze and an invited expert Marekh Nikachadze.
