Lasha Khojanashvili

Lasha Khojanashvili is the Head of the program of psychology at European University. He holds a PhD Degree in Organizational Development and consulting and an MA degree in Educational Psychology and research from Tbilisi State University.

Since April 2017 he has served as an accreditation and authorization expert at the national center for educational quality enhancement. Previously, Lasha Khojanashvili held various positions including that of the Deputy head of Unit at Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, Psychologist at the Georgian Armed Forces, Ministry of Defence of Georgia, and Invited Learning and Development specialist at the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Justice of Georgia.

He is a member of the American Educational Research Association and American Psychological Association and has 10 years of experience in Educational Psychology and Research. He has experience in needs assessment, training program design, and direct delivery of programs. Lasha’s main research interests are  Adult Education, Motivation, and learning
