Ekaterine Natsvlishvili is a Director & Co-Founder of European Research Center for Law, Economic & Management. She received PhD in Social Philosophy, MA in International Management. Professor with extensive experience in applied research, consulting & training projects implemented in the education industry. Research interests include issues related to policy analysis, education reforms, human capital development & management. Published articles, analytical reports & presentations discuss the impact of European values on processes of Georgia’s democratization & europeanization, and the importance of their dissemination through education. Since 1996 has been involved in various projects & performed analytical & consulting work for the MoESCS of Georgia; National Center for TPD; NCEQE; ETF; UNDP; TACIS & others. Skilled in career development, consulting, coaching & curriculum design. As a Key Person of ERASMUS+K2 Project (STAR) has contributed in studying & analysing teachers’ needs for innovative teaching skills development, drafting TOT modules, delivering training. Since February 2021, she has been a member of the National Accreditation Council of Higher Educational Programs.
